After ordering the bath mat, and on the strength of its quality, I ordered three sets of towels as follows 700 GSM Royal Egyptian Luxury Double Yarn Hand Towels. 700 GSM Royal Egyptian Luxury Double Yarn Bath Towels. 700 GSM Royal Egyptian Luxury Double Yarn Bath Sheets. Delivered 14/05/2020. Unfortunately the quality of the Bath Towels received was not upto expectations - the towel edging and stitching was inconsistent and in the category of not fit for purpose. I have spoken with customer services and was asked to provide photographic evidence - which has been sent onto them - I remain waiting for a reply on this one and will post an update when received. The delivery and quality of the other towels ordered were as you would expect. I note on the trustpilot site it says free delivery - with not min order - this is not the case - there is a minimum order and if your order is below this expect to be charged delivery.
The quality wasn’t as strong as I was expecting as they looked more like a towel than your typical bath mat. But I did test one out and it wasn’t too bad as it was quite absorbent. I’m willing to give them a try instead of using the conventional mat -only time will tell!
