mattress protector in a good fit was worried about the size but towel shop help a lot over phone to confirm the size and material is great, also the price is cheap comparatively.

Good quality for a very reasonable price. The skirts are a good material and not the cheap papery material that some more expensive protectors have. Very pleased :)

The mattress cover was as expected and does the job. It's great that The Towel Shop is forward thinking and supplies such items with the extra depth needed for those very deep new mattresses on the market now. Also fast delivery was great.
I ordered this as I was fed up with our old mattress protector pinging off the corners of our bed. This seemed ideal and well priced so I ordered. Really impressed at the quality when I took it out of the packaging and delighted to see just how deep the skirt part was. My only criticism (as I've just seen in other reviews) is what somebody else has pointed out and that is the flat part of the cover could do with being a bit wider as it doesn't quite fit across the mattress. It's a shame as the skirt is definitely deep enough and I hope this can be improved on. However - it is really comfortable and is a dream to put on the bed compared with my old one and I would still definitely recommend.
