I had a phone call prior to delivery to say the faceclothes they had were a slightly different shade to the towels and did I still want them, nice to know that they checked first instead of just sending them out. this is a company I found by just looking on line over a year ago. I have ordered towels, sheets and mattress covers and found the TOWEL SHOP to be very good. What is GSM (Grams per Square Metre)?
GSM stands for Grams per Square Meter and is the weight/density of the Bamboo Towel. A higher GSM rating of around 500 to 600gsm indicates a thicker, denser Bamboo Towel which will be more durable and longer lasting than a towels with a lower GSM rating. As tempting as it may be to buy cheaper towels of lower quality, especially in care and hospitality areas, your towels will quickly begin to deteriorate through washing and use.
