*99% of deliveries are shipped and received on the next working day when choosing the next day option at checkout. However, sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may occur (due to incidents outside our control). Unfortunatley, our courier (DPD) does not class certain areas of Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands as Mainland UK therefore they do NOT qualify for the Free UK Mainland Delivery offer.
Scottish Highlands postcodes which are excluded from the Free UK Mainland delivery offer are:
FK17-99, IV1-28, IV33-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18- 26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50 and all IV postcodes
Scottish Islands postcodes which are excluded from the Free UK Mainland delivery offer are: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3
Parcels under 3 kg going to Scottish Islands, Highland or Northern Ireland could qualify for reduced delivery rates. Please call us to find out more.

ALL OUR ITEMS ARE TRACKED
To ensure that your item is on its way to you, all consignments leaving The Towel Shop are tracked and tracking numbers are available upon request. Please note that tracking numbers will only be available when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and the status is set to ‘shipped’. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped. Please allow several hours for your tracking number to become valid.
DISPATCH TIME & TRACKING
Items ordered before 3pm on Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day provided all items are in stock. Items ordered Monday to Friday after 3pm will be dispatched within 24 hours of confirmed payment. If the payment is received over a public holiday or weekend, please allow for a few more days for your delivery. If you have any queries about delivery times, please call our helpline on 01204 455 755. Please note that in the rare instance when any of the products you order are not in stock at the time of placing your order, we will notify you of the delay.
